The yellow line is Mean Astronomical Tide, which approximates,
but does not equal, the official National Ocean Service (NOS)
"Mean Sea Level" (MSL) and "Mean Tide Level" (MTL).
The white line is the official NOS
"Mean Lower Low Water" (MLLW) or "Tidal Datum".
