Incorporated July 16, 1952. General law city. The Civic Center is at 1200 Carlsbad Village Dr., Carlsbad, CA 92008. The City Council meets the first four Tuesdays at 6 p.m. in Council Chambers. Phone 1-760-434-2820, FAX 1-760-720-9461. Mayor: Claude "Bud" Lewis. Councilmembers: Matt Hall, Ann Kulchin, and Mark Packard.
